DELIVERY TIME:


Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of delivery.

 

STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY:

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at the time of purchase, NU•RISH cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or disappearance of the package after delivery.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and closely monitoring your shipment using the tracking number provided.

If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we encourage you to contact the carrier as soon as possible.

 

EXCHANGE :


Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Items cannot be returned. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us at contact@nurish.ca.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:


You must contact us at contact@nurish.ca within 30 days of receipt.


If the item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund the price of the item and the original delivery charge.
