Contest newsletter pair of Women's Show tickets
Les Cosmétiques NuRish inc. headquartered on Nun's Island, Quebec, is the organizer of this contest, which is not affiliated with any organization outside the company.
CONTEST DATES AND LOCATION
The contest is open to subscribers to our newsletter.
The contest will begin on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 6:00 a.m. and will end on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 11:59 p.m., Toronto time UTC/GMT -5 hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
There is no obligation to purchase.
To enter, participants must complete the contact form in the newsletter and agree to participate in the contest.
Only residents of Canada may enter this contest.
Entry is validated once all conditions have been met.
The persons specified in section 12 of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines are excluded from participation in the contest.
Persons affiliated with companies, employees, agents, representatives and jury members, as well as persons domiciled in the households of such affiliated persons, are excluded from participation in the competition.
Participation in the competition is not open to legal persons or entities.
WINNER
The prize for this contest is
- 3 x 2 tickets for the Women's Show in Toronto, valid for the following dates: November 8, 9 and 10, 2024.
The value of the prize is C$30 (Canadian) excluding taxes, as of October 30, 2024.
RANDOM DRAW
The draw will take place on Monday, November 4, 2024, by the employees in charge of the contest at Les Cosmétiques NuRish inc.
The draw will be made via an external draw platform, among those who have met all the entry requirements.
The winner will be contacted by e-mail on Monday, November 4, 2024, before 5 p.m., Toronto time UTC/GMT -5 hours, to announce the draw.
The winner's first name may be used to notify the rest of the participants of the draw. Last names may not be used under any circumstances.
The winner will have a period of 3 (three) days from the sending of the e-mail announcing the draw to provide his/her contact information. If the winner has not claimed his/her prize by 4 (four) days, it will revert to the company and will not be put back into play. No claims may be made by the winner or any other participant in the contest.
The winner's personal data will be collected as follows: last name, first name, e-mail address and a landline or cell phone number.
The winner's personal data will be used for contact purposes only, and will be deleted as soon as all communications related to the contest have been completed.
DISPUTES
The e-mail address contact@nurish.ca may be used at any time in connection with this contest to contact the organizing company.
